Our Programs
Sisters With A Purpose, INC., Inc. offers programs designed to empower girls and strengthen families through leadership development, mentorship, educational exposure, and community engagement. Using a Two-Generation (2Gen) approach, our programs support both youth and parents by providing opportunities that build confidence, encourage learning, and promote community involvement. Through workshops, service projects, college tours, historical learning experiences, and family support resources, participants develop the skills and knowledge needed to grow into confident leaders and create positive change in their communities.

Sisters With A Purpose, INC. focuses on helping girls build confidence, leadership skills, and a strong sense of purpose. Be Yourself Conference
The Be Yourself Conference is an annual event hosted by Sisters With A Purpose, INC. that focuses on empowering teen girls to embrace confidence, leadership, personal and spiritual growth. Through engaged discussions, guest speakers, and interactive workshops, participants learn about mental wellness, healthy relationships, entrepreneurship, and self-care. Provides strategic leadership and oversees the mission and programs of Sisters With A Purpose, Inc. The Executive Director works to build partnerships, guide program development, and ensure that the organization continues to empower girls and strengthening families.

Program & Community Engagement Coordinator
Supports the planning and implementation of youth programs, community service activities, and special events. This role helps coordinate opportunities that encourage leadership, mentorship, and community engagement for participants.

Treasurer
Provides financial oversight and helps ensure responsible management of the organization's resources. The Treasurer assists with budgeting, financial tracking, and accountability for donations and program funding.
